"content": "We also asked the Controller of Budget the same questions raised by Sen. M. Kajwang’. The Controller of Budget said that she does not deal with assemblies. She said that she deals with the finance department and the county executive committee members of the counties. That is why she released the funds. I ask this House to be patient. I see a lot of interest and influence in this issue. This is the second time the report is being changed before it is finalized. We can also withdraw, then other people take it over."
