I am also sure that it has come to the knowledge of this House that it is not only in Nyamira that we have had complicated situations, but we successfully brokered a peaceful situation in Trans Nzoia. Madam Temporary Speaker, the Committee will work closely with JLAC on the arising legal issues. I believe this House collectively, because the Committee sits on behalf of this House, will find a solution for Nyamira and for the other county assemblies or county governments that are having issues. Therefore, we are determined to listen to every view that has been given on this Floor. For obvious reasons, I would ask that the Question be deferred to an appropriate time. I thank you."

"content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, when I was presenting, I mentioned the issue of Taita Taveta and using Standing Orders, but not limited to Standing Order No.1, I would request if you could direct that the Committee of Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations follows up on the issue of the County Assembly of Taita Taveta. This is because the acting Speaker has been acting for a while. We need to know whether how they are working is legal and we get a report to that effect. You may order so that they take over the issue."
