"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. What I do with my question time is my business. It is not the business of the Senator of Kakamega. Therefore, I will proceed to make my comments. I have seen Cabinet Secretaries who have appeared before us before, and they have been all over with all manner of explanations and no detail. This lady, I must say it, Senator of Kakamega, has done a good job, especially given the situation that she finds herself in. We are human, we must not behave like people who do not know our history."
