Senators, this morning, we lost 30 minutes waiting for quorum; thirty minutes that we would have otherwise utilised to interact with the Cabinet Secretary for National Treasury and Economic Planning. Therefore, I urge you, we need not ring the bell for us to get quorum. If we can purpose to be in the Chamber by 9:30 a.m., then we will have more time to interact with Cabinet Secretaries."
