"content": "THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended in paragraph (a) (a) by deleting sub-paragraph (iii); (b) by inserting the following sub-paragraphs immediately after sub-paragraph (vii)– (viii) by deleting the definition of “winnings”; (ix) by inserting the following new definition in the proper alphabetical sequence— “withdrawals” means the amount of money withdrawn by a customer from their betting or gaming wallet maintained by a person licensed under the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act”;"
