"content": "THAT, Clause 11 of the Bill be amended in paragraph (a) by deleting the words “by the last day of the reporting financial year of that group”. The amendment requires the submission of country by country report that requires surrogate, subsidiary or parent companies. The same is provided in sub-section 2. Thus, it stays in the same section."
