"content": "THAT, this House do agree with the Report of the Committee of Supply on its consideration of the Budget Estimates for the FY 2025/2026 and pursuant to the provisions of Article 221 of the Constitution, section 39 of the Public Finance Management Act, Cap. 412A and Standing Order 240A, approves the issuance of a sum of Ksh2,549,543,978,440 from the Consolidated Fund to meet the expenditure for the National Executive, Parliament and the Judiciary during the year ending 30th June 2026 in respect of the Votes as contained in the Schedule."
