Is the Assistant Minister in order to give an excuse that the file has been missing or misplaced while we are dealing with a Government that issues documents? Why can the same Government – which issues the certificates which are allegedly misplaced or missing – not go ahead and issue orders because the working documents are still there?"

So, I have nothing to give, but I have said that once they get the documents, I will be able to table them in this House."
