"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 14 be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (g)- “(ga) in consultation with the Board, be responsible for the direction of the affairs and transactions of the Board, the exercise, discharge and performance of its objectives, functions and duties” “(gb) ensure the maintenance of efficiency and discipline by all staff of the Board” “(gc) manage the budget of the Board to ensure that its funds are properly expended and accounted for”"
