"content": "Madam Temporary Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 30 be amended— (a) in subclause (1) by inserting the word “calendar” immediately before the word “year”; (b) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (2)— “(3) A person or firm whose details have been left out of, or erroneously entered into, the Register, shall notify the Registrar within thirty days from the date of publication of particulars of registration in the Kenya Gazette pursuant to subsection (1), for the necessary correction or amendment to be made, upon which the Registrar shall publish in the Gazette the corrected or amended particulars with respect to that person or firm.”"
