"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 58 be amended by inserting the following new Subclause immediately after Subclause (2)— “(3) All persons registered under the Engineers Registration Act (repealed) shall carry on as though registered under this Act, without having to apply for new registration, and shall enjoy all rights and privileges as provided under this Act except that the category of engineers referred to as ‘registered engineers” shall now be referred to as “professional engineers”."
