The Minister has told us very clearly that Mwea Irrigation Scheme did not have enough rice and that may be right. But she also claims that the price that was charged at Mwea when the contracted supplier wanted rice was higher than what was charged by the other farms from where they got the rice. Could we compare the two prices here so that we know that she is telling us the truth?"
