It would be better if it is an issue about the DG, KeNHA, that a Motion is brought to discuss his conduct or performance so that we can deal with the matter in a procedural manner. view

That is a very serious issue that goes to the heart of our Bill of Rights as a country. That is a timely Petition in my view. • 7 Mar 2023 in National Assembly: which it is couched will give it the adequate attention that it requires. In my view, this is a matter that requires the establishment of a commission of inquiry. Even as we address future cases of enforced disappearances, we must go to the root of this matter by investigating past incidences and past cases of enforced disappearances. I see the petitioner is referring to police and/or security agents. However, be that as it may, I think this goes beyond the police and security agents. There could be people who are using these agents or agencies to effect these enforced disappearances. ... view
