The NTA Social Audit for the constituency on projects funded in 2007/08 found that out of the total sum awarded of KSH91,206,751 : KSH20,479,465 was badly used (22.5%); KSH0 was wasted (0.0%); KSH9,192,481 was unaccounted for (10.1%)
