{"id":100105,"url":"http://info.mzalendo.com/api/v0.1/hansard/entries/100105/?format=json","text_counter":264,"type":"speech","speaker_name":"Mr. Mututho","speaker_title":"","speaker":{"id":97,"legal_name":"John Michael Njenga Mututho","slug":"john-mututho"},"content":"Madam Temporary Deputy Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT clause 31 be amended- (a) by inserting the words “manufacture, pack, distribute or” immediately after the word “sell” appearing in subsection (1); (b) by deleting subsection (2) and substituting therefor the following new subsection- (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1),- (a) no person shall manufacture, pack, distribute or sell an alcoholic drink in a container of less than 250 mililitre; (b) the alcoholic drink previously known as chang’aa or any other distilled alcoholic drink shall only be manufactured, packed, sold or distributed in glass bottles of the kind specified in paragraph(a)."}
