I am concerned because my brother, Sen. Cherargei, had an accident which I hope did not affect faculties in his brain. I am concerned that he may not be knowing my name. Is there a way when a Member has such an accident to clarify the aptitude that he is back? I am concerned that he will start calling us all manner of names. Sen. Cherargei, it is good to see you back. I recently saw a cartoon of you in one of the dailies where I had held you as a baby. I hope that was just a slip of the tongue and that you are properly in order and 100 per cent in your faculties."}
