We do not want to continue blaming the Committee that they have exceeded their mandate. This Report raises a question on the technical support that Committees are receiving. Had these issues been brought up at the technical support by the Clerk’s Office and the Speaker’s Office, the Committee would not have been taken through this wild goose chase. It would have been advised: “We are doing the wrong thing. Let us stop here and concentrate on other matters.”"}
