If you are on the premises lawfully, it does not matter whether you have a policy or not. You have a duty of care to persons who are lawfully on all those premises. So, I do not think it is a question of whether there was a policy or not. He is admitting that this took place, and that the New KCC Limited is liable to compensate that person."}
