Being a neighbour to that complex, I have first-hand information of the life in refugees’ camps. It is not a good thing. There is this perception that refugees are lesser humans which is not the case. Nobody wishes to be a refugee. It is a natural process which happened to those people. It can happen to anybody. There is tension, demonstrations and killings in Ethiopia. If they spill, I do not think that the neighbouring countries are prepared to handle them. Having these laws is very critical."}
