To that end, I beg to move that the Motion be amended as follows:- By deleting the words “one-half” appearing immediately after the word “representing” and inserting the word “one-quarter” in the place thereof. By deleting the amount “Kshs319,762,623,324” appearing in the second line and inserting a figure of “Kshs159,881,311,662” in place thereof. Inserting the following words at the end “and the schedules laid be amended to reflect the above”."}
