For the benefit of the Assistant Minister if he did not understand it, my question was simply: Under what circumstances are the Police withdrawing the case of conspiracy to defraud in respect of Mega Initiative Welfare Society? He has not responded to this Question. I say so, because there is a letter here from the Director of CID. Let me read the letter with your permission. The accused are Kamau Mukuha and four others. The letter says:- “The Director of the CID has instructed that the case be withdrawn under Section 87 of the Criminal Procedure Code to allow further investigation of the case.”"}
