I also want to add a rider that styles of management by various people are different. You may find a Chairperson who is very overbearing and does not give opportunity to the Vice-Chair to do anything. These are some of the management issues that always come up whenever we have a Chair and a Vice-Chair. We will have a retreat where all these things can be discussed because we cannot exhaust all of them on the Floor of the House."}
