Since I have laid these documents on the Table, I will refer to the hon. Member’s pamphlet on page nine. The problem of this co-operative society lies with money and nothing else. This is known. Whether it is Mbui-Kamiti or the other one mentioned by Mrs. Shabesh--- There is a part here which says; “mitambo mihuthire”. Since quite a number of Members are not conversant with this language, it translates to “they wanted the committee to go for a second hand plant or machinery for second hand which will cost less than----“"}
