(b) Is the Minister aware that Kiambu County Council is now sub-dividing the parcels for allocation to private users and, if so, could he provide names of beneficiaries of the sub-division? (c) Could the Minister halt the exercise, considering that the allocation is not in line with the Government policy on public land?"}
