(b) I am aware that Kiambu County Council, through Minutes No.WTPH/103/2008 of 16th October, 2008 resolved to sub-divide the two parcels of land and allocate to the following:- Gitangu Water Development Project - 0.5 acre Ngaari Munyambu family"}
