Whether the officer is a man or a woman, he or she is not worth being a leader in Kenya by discriminating on the youth because they cannot speak English. Not everyone can speak English. I request that if you commit the Statement to the Committee on Roads and Transportation we can sit jointly, so that I can bring in the issue of discrimination and teach the officer concerned a lesson."}
