(Ms.) Mary Njoroge has put it. I want to differ with the Member who has just spoken, that this is a small thing that you can just wake up and get even tomorrow. It is not easy. It is just a small thing, but it is not easy to get it because we have some regulations. When you go to ask for a birth certificate, you can see someone asking you where you gave birth to the child and where the father or the guardian of the kid is. So, I support the establishment of the database centres. If we can have them in our constituencies, it will be very easy for our people to access birth certificates."}
