All national examinations at primary and secondary school levels require that a pupil or student is entered in NEMIS. The bio data of candidates cannot be entered in NEMIS without a birth certificate. Therefore, there is need to have the information centralized in such a manner that it can easily be storable and retrievable for those who may need it. That is why this Motion comes at the right time, and I believe that all of us should support it."}
