Subsequently I have instructed the KNEC to withdraw the two year ban with immediate effect and issue a circular to this effect. Meanwhile the Council has been also instructed to look for other measures of dealing with examination irregularities.” Indeed there was consultation, that is why we issued a Ministerial Statement revoking the directive issued by the KNEC."}
