Dullo knows. If it is a matter to do with Vihiga County, Sen. Khaniri must be involved and invited. This is a Petition whose report is being given about one of my constituencies in Nairobi City County. I have never heard of the Petition or when the petitioners came. I have a lot of information about it and I could have contributed. I just want to hear the highlights, but I urge fellow Chairpersons, clerk and his team to be informing the substantive Senators of that county when a matter affecting your county comes. I think it is common courtesy and it is what we were elected here to represent our counties."}
