I rise to support this Bill. This Bill is very close to my heart, not because my friend, Sen. Wambua, is the one who has sponsored it, but because I relate to the history of it, and also because this Bill is a Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Bill. This Bill tackles poverty, zero hunger, good health and well-being, inequalities, and so many other SDGs. It is amazing that a Bill that is looking at one cereal can tackle so many SDGs. It tackles poverty, hunger, health et cetera. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, that said, I want to start with the name of the Bill.
