Temporary Deputy Speaker, on the same note of the judicial corridors, there is also the right of appeal or having a High Court decision on a referendum. It is important that there should be a process of appeal. Maybe for one reason or another, the High Court might not have determined a case in the best interest, in terms of what one thinks, and he moves to the Court of Appeal. This Report appears to favour the Court of Appeal option, which I agree with, rather than proceed with consideration of six months that we have in mind. Therefore, I feel comfortable that the Court of Appeal is to be at the tail-end of serving justice that arises from this Bill. That is a good thing, and I support it."}
