As I said last week, the security situation on the ground is not very good. I have not got any indication as to when they are likely to call a meeting, and days are running fast. You made an order that the Cabinet Secretary appear before the Committee within seven days. I am apprehensive. I spoke with the Chairman of the Committee earlier, but he did not seem aware that there was something like that. I am very perturbed by the casual manner in which this matter is being taken by the Committee. I beg your indulgence, Hon. Speaker."}
