As it has been said earlier, land is a factor of production. Therefore, as the population increases, land gets affected. I want to thank the Hon. Member for coming up with this particular amendment. It is true that public lands are being grabbed left, right and centre. I believe this particular amendment will cure the “disease” of land grabbing. It is true that where we come from, a number of community lands and ranches do not have title deeds. As much as this Bill talks about public land, it will also address a number of issues. The public schools that do not have titles are getting affected by land grabbing. Therefore, I thank the Member for coming up with this amendment because, at the end of the day, it will address a number of issues. I support."}
