Be that as it may, I want to conclude by telling hon. Members that it is their responsibility to try and ensure that democracy in this country thrives. That is what I am trying to say. The hon. Members are perfectly in order to go on a âNoâ campaign and try to inform the people correctly why they think they are voting âNoâ. The hon. Members are also perfectly in order and within their democratic right to go and tell the people âYesâ and say why they are saying âYesâ to the Draft Constitution. Ultimately, the people of Kenya have their democratic right to decide. Let the people of Kenya decide. Thank you."}
