Be that as it may, I want to conclude by telling hon. Members that it is their responsibility to try and ensure that democracy in this country thrives. That is what I am trying to say. The hon. Members are perfectly in order to go on a “No” campaign and try to inform the people correctly why they think they are voting “No”. The hon. Members are also perfectly in order and within their democratic right to go and tell the people “Yes” and say why they are saying “Yes” to the Draft Constitution. Ultimately, the people of Kenya have their democratic right to decide. Let the people of Kenya decide. Thank you."}
