Members, I appreciate the business which was to be transacted, but the Clerk’s notification was clear that the COVID-19 protocols were to apply and that admission to the Chamber will be on a first come first serve basis. I can see some Members who have no seating places. Hon. Duale is suggesting that some of you slept here."}
