On one hand, sometimes, I think these things have a blessing. I am glad Hon. Alice is saying her constituency has received Kshs18 million. I have received none because I had not been paid accumulative amount of Kshs80 million in the past budgets. One of my constituents went and reported to the police that we had stolen that money. I went to NG-CDF and told them that they were saying we had stolen Kshs80 million. I have now received my Kshs80 million. Thank you. I am only waiting for the Authority to Incur Expenditure so that the Suba people can have their development done."}
