I received Kshs8 million the other day when the rest were receiving Kshs17 million. Who do I give? If there is distribution of money, then it should be equitable. This favouritism that when you sit in the NG-CDF Committee you get the full amount or 50 per cent yet, you happen to be my neighbour in Kisii is wrong. How do I explain to people that for example, the Hon. Member from the neighbouring constituency received Kshs70 million and I got Ksh8 million?
