There was a time I was doing a research when working with the International Commission of Jurists and we went with the American Ambassador who was a woman. The Njuri-Ncheke told us that it does not matter what position you hold as a woman, you cannot appear before them. Perhaps you can encourage the Njuri-Ncheke to be more sympathetic to women."}
