The Member was advised by the Serjeant-At-Arms to withdraw from the Chamber. He appeared to have travelled long distance from Turkana and I think he had forgotten where he was going. So, he has obediently withdrawn from the Chamber. I think it is good for him to have withdrawn without causing a lot of unnecessary fight. Thank you for the observation. Next is the Member for Gem."}
