(ii) THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs14,392,008,839 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2010, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2009/10 Financial Year (Development) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs23,275,698,905 therein appearing."}
