That area is so vast and is very hard to manage. We even had an incident a month ago in Isiolo, where a team of multi- agencies who were on the trail of some drug traffickers were ambushed and about three of them were injured. This Bill proposes some punitive measures. This Committee has done a wonderful job and I greatly support this Bill."}
