This Bill is important because it will help ECD centres to be at a level where other jurisdictions are. An education centre is not like a shop that somebody wakes up one day and gets a business licence to run. Unfortunately, that is what is happening with some ECD centres. With those remarks, I support this Bill and urge Members to support it for the sake of our young children."}
