Once you make it in black and white that a clause or a section of what we are dealing with is unconstitutional and you put it in writing, Madam Deputy Speaker. How do you cure that and then you proceed to say pass? I will sit back and listen but just as she does it, it will be very important that it provides the cure to this mischief and there is a lot of it.
