At the outset, allow me to join my colleagues in the medical profession. Today, we lost one of the obstetricians/gynecologists, Dr. Stephen Karanja, due to the COVID-19 disease. This pandemic is really serious. You have seen what has happened in other countries like in India and Brazil. Things are not good. I urge the public not to relax the guidelines from the Ministry of Health. Let us observe them and ensure that we, as a country, remain safe and healthy."}
