I do not understand the reason as to why we are creating a Youth Commission. We have so many laws that govern our youth. Kenyans must learn to understand that youth is neither a disadvantage nor a disability. It is a transient state in human life. I came to Parliament as a youth. Sen. Cherargei is now a youth today, but he will soon abandon all his excitement and behave like a statesman because he will no longer be a youth."}
