Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 19 of the Bill be amended (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “fundraising appeal” and substituting therefor the words “public collection”; (b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the words “fundraising appeals” and substituting therefor the words “public collections”; (c) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the words “fundraising appeals” and substituting therefor the words “public collections”; (d) in sub-clause (6) by deleting the words “fundraising manager” and substituting therefor the words “public collections manager”; (e) in sub-clause (7) by deleting the word “section” and substituting therefor the word “Act”. It is a question of removing the name from “fundraising manager” and referring to the officer as a “public collections manager”, again aligning it to the theme of the Bill."}
