It appears to be a dispute before Kisumu Chief Magistrate’s Court Civil Case No.311/2008 and I will need a bit of time to look into it, particularly bearing in mind that it is a Kisumu case. I do not know when the auctioneers are going to auction this property but we can look into it and see whether there is a defenceable claim on the matter."}
