I say so because this is a very important subject because it discuss the progressive nature of our Constitution. We are doing so when we have a national debate about changing the Constitution, particularly after the very sound, detailed and amazing judgement that was given by a bench of the High Court led by Prof. Joel Ngugi. He is a Professor of law and graduate of Harvard University. He was also a Professor of law at the University of Washington for a long period of time. When I studied law both at undergraduate and post-graduate level, Prof. Ngugi was one of the professors whose writings we used to refer a lot to, especially on human rights and international trade."}
