{"id":1073684,"url":"http://info.mzalendo.com/api/v0.1/hansard/entries/1073684/?format=json","text_counter":243,"type":"other","speaker_name":"","speaker_title":"","speaker":null,"content":"5B (1) Subject to this Act, any person who— (a) operates a clandestine laboratory; (b) being the owner, occupier or person concerned with the management of any premises, permits the premises to be used for the purpose of operating a clandestine laboratory shall be guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not less than twenty million shillings or a term of imprisonment of not less than twenty years, or both such fine and imprisonment. (2) It shall be a defence if a person who is an owner, occupier or a person concerned with the management of any premises, complies with section 5A.
